The State Project Office is the apex administrative unit of SSK Kerala, headed by the State Project Director and supported by finance, administrative, academic and MIS wings. It is responsible for state-level planning, approval of the Annual Work Plan and Budget, and coordination with the Ministry of Education and other national bodies.
