UDISE Plus
Through this system, data on important aspects of a school, such as physical infrastructure and other facilities, availability of teachers, enrolment by social category, age of a child, medium of instruction and training of teachers, etc. are collected annually. UDISE data would be largely used for monitoring the schools. The data uploaded by each school is used for the smooth management of systems. Data Capture Format (DCF) is printed, distribution and training at block and district level are conducted and collecting Data from schools on time are uploaded to UDISE web portal. It ensured the availability of data for the smooth functioning of project and also ensured quality education through proper monitoring
Management Information System (MIS)
MIS is an important and inevitable part of SSK. MIS records, stores and processes data. The purpose of MIS is to extract data from varied sources regarding schools. The MIS analyses the collected data for the effective implementation of the project. The physical and financial data are evaluated and submitted to SOE on proper time.
